Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team! The Recruiter is responsible for administration for the onboarding lifecycle of employees, students, travelers, and volunteers.
This will include but is not limited to completing new hire benefits, salary administration, and system integration.
The Recruiter will be the face of the organization, representing the facility at recruiting events, in community events, as well as leading the orientation presentation.
This position will assist with additional Human Resource tasks as needed to help the team.
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates the hiring process from start to finish for all paid positions including but not limited to travelers/contract staff, volunteers, students, or other non-employed staff (advertising, recruitment, interviewing, applicant letters, relocation coordination, coordination of pre-screening requirements, and new employee orientation).
Maintains employee personnel files and applicable HR documentation with an emphasis on accuracy in the onboarding process.
Assists employees/applicants on a variety of HR matters, such as benefit questions, FMLA, conflict resolution, employee relations matters, HR/payroll related questions, etc.
Conducts research and other special projects as requested.
Assists in completing third-party compensation & benefit surveys as requested.
Provides input on personnel policies & procedures and ensures consistent application of policies.
Assists in organizing and developing a presentation for the annual employee Service Awards ceremony.
Secondary support for the HR Generalist.
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities Must have working knowledge of Federal and Montana labor laws.
Must be proficient (intermediate to advanced level) with Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.
Knowledge of human resources.
Must have excellent organizational/time management skills.
Must maintain strict confidentiality.
Must be able to demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Must possess outstanding communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of employees, applicants, vendors, etc.
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources or related business/management field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional in Human Resource (PHR) and/or SHRM-CP preferred.
Experience Minimum of 2 years related experience.
Schedule Per the needs of the department.
This position is estimated at 30 hours per week.
